Decide on what date you would like to arrive in Kraków and contact us by phone, email or by using the form. If you have previous medical records, a CT scan or an X-ray photo, please send them in the attachment. JPG images of your face and smile will also be useful. You can also share with us your expectations about the metamorphosis you would like your smile to undergo. We will select the most appropriate solutions and consultation dates for you, so that during your visit to Kraków you can complete a full treatment programme. |

Book train or air tickets, depending on whether you are traveling to us from Poland or from other parts of the world. We offer assistance in organizing transport from/to the train station or airport. We will provide you with helpful information about traveling by public transport and getting around the city. We will advise you on the location of your accommodation, so that you can easily get to our centre. If you decide to come by car, we recommend accommodation with parking. |
